Data quality and availability

Market data, company information, historical price series, and related metrics in the workspace are sourced through Interactive Brokers IB Gateway. Delays, outages, missing entitlements, stale snapshots, incomplete histories, or broker-session errors can affect what you see in the workspace.

Users should verify critical figures with a primary broker, exchange, issuer filing, or other authoritative source before acting.

Liability

Operational limitations

The operator aims to keep the platform accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data coverage, or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to foreseeable damage arising from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

The platform design, code, branding, and generated workspace composition remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party data and news remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective providers.
